Harris’s promotion recognizes his exceptional leadership, dedication to client service, and contributions to the firm’s growth and success.
As a Partner at MahoneySabol, Harris will continue to oversee tax-related services, lead a team of tax professionals, and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations for a diverse range of clients, including individuals, corporations, partnerships, and not-for-profits. In his role, he will continue to manage multiple client accounts and contribute to key departmental initiatives such as recruiting and technology integration. With MahoneySabol currently employing seventy talented professionals, Harris remains instrumental in fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the firm’s tax practice.

Harris brings a wealth of expertise to closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals, succession planning, and comprehensive tax and business consulting. His specialized knowledge extends to industries such as renewable energy, breweries and distilleries, manufacturing, construction, real estate, and not-for-profit organizations. Harris’s profound understanding of these sectors enables him to offer strategic insights and innovative solutions that help drive financial and operational success to his clients.

Harris joined MahoneySabol in 2015 as a senior accountant and in 2018 he was promoted to tax manager. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Central Connecticut State University and a master’s degree in taxation from the University of Hartford. He is a member of both the state and national societies of CPAs and actively contributes to his community, having served on various boards, including The Glastonbury YMCA and the CCSU Institute of Technology and Business Development.
