Stephen has over forty years of public accounting experience with expertise in privately held companies. Particular areas of expertise include manufacturing, real estate, construction, automobile dealerships, restaurants and professional services. He also consults with companies on mergers and acquisitions and acts as trustee for several clients.

Stephen is an Honors Scholar at the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Stephen is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants (CTCPA).

In addition, he is a past Member of the Glastonbury Town Council, a past President of the Glastonbury Rotary Club, and currently serves as the Treasurer and Director of the Glastonbury Rotary Scholarship Corporation.
