Kevin Harris is one of the firm’s tax managers. His focus is on client communication and service, staff development and firm technology.

His practice areas include accounting methods for flow through entities (partnerships and S corporations), succession planning and tax and business consulting. He specializes in industries such as renewable energy, breweries and distilleries, manufacturing, construction, real estate and not-for-profits.

Kevin firmly believes that providing great service and forming meaningful, trustworthy relationships with clients begins with communication. Responsiveness is the number one ideal that Kevin believes can truly help MahoneySabol become a reliable business and family advisor for each and every client. This is something he strives to impart to all MahoneySabol staff.

Kevin spent the first three years of his career at Harper & Whitfield, P.C. as a staff accountant. He came to MahoneySabol in the summer of 2015 as a senior accountant and was promoted to tax manager in 2018.

Kevin received a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University and a Master’s Degree in Taxation from the University of Hartford.

Kevin is a member of both the state and national societies of CPAs and has served on various boards including The Glastonbury YMCA and the CCSU Institute of Technology and Business Development.
