Mark Rousseau is the firm’s tax director. In this role, he collaborates with both the tax department and partners to address the complex tax planning needs of clients. He identifies federal, state, international and various other tax issues and also coordinates the delivery of tax planning and compliance services that involve federal consolidated, multi-state corporation, S Corp, partnership, LLC, individual, estate, gift, fiduciary, and property tax returns. He is also very involved with voluntary disclosures, foreign bank account reporting, Form 8938, Form 5471 and Form 5472 reporting.
Mark has spent over 30 years of his accounting career in public accounting including seven years with Ernst and Young in Stamford and Hartford, Connecticut.
Mark received a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of New Haven. He also received his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Massachusetts.
